As the local news reported, typhoon 'Ondoy' suddenly changed course and went straight for central Luzon, instead of northward. We were affected, but not as badly as to those who lived in neighboring towns in Rizal. Luckily, I got home by Friday night. Who knows when I would've gotten home if I stayed at the university.

That's it. I knew from the beginning that laughing at random times and in middle of class for no reason at all is a sign that I'm on crack. Utter crack. Imagine sitting at a library then suddenly sniggering to no end from a thought that suddenly escapes you. That kind of crack.

And there is no known cure for it. At least I think there isn't.

Lately I've been on a kyaa~ing frenzy for many reasons:

ONE. Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. I would like to thank the Biotech week logo making contest for this. If not for it, then I wouldn't have downloaded it and am not coloring manga pages and original fanart as of now. ^^ (that was a long sentence.)

TWO. we're going to SA-GA-DA!!~~ I just hope the History Dept. would approve to it. Which reminds me of my Asian History professor. He wants us to go somewhere in Asia for a field trip. And I don't even have my passport yet.

THREE. Hiroyuki Takei lives! Shaman King KZB is about to end, and *insert spoiler here*....as I've said, I'm coloring manga pages *points at userpic*

FOUR. I discovered that you can have "ice-cream dates" at the dorms. But that is not beneficial on my part. I look suspicious when I'm only eating ice-cream with a friend. I'm happy about this because I can see a lot of love when people eat together.

FIVE. My World Lit. teacher. She owns the topic on sexual orientations.

erm...last May, I guess. I've always wreaked havoc in my house for keeping my family waking up at random intervals after midnight; only to be yelled at "Sleep already!" Since I was on vacation then, I was just surfing the net for random(?) doujin and fanfics, wilfing to be exact. I would usually stay up all night just to finish a paper or looking for pdf files.

This reminds me of my first time staying up all night. I was in my third year of high school then and I was finishing the layout of our website to be submitted the next day. Oh those happy, happy nights.

Recently, I haven't been up to my routine "all-nighters". I'm always sleepy before 10 pm. Why is that so? Today, I only had 2 classes. The others...we were only supposed to submit our exam answers and frolic around, then my last class was out because our professor was sick <---It was tiring to walk all the way there only to be sent back to where I came from.

"Oh, dalawang linggo ka pa lang dun, bangag ka na?!"  ("Oh, just two weeks in there and you're already stressed out?!")

Internets! I missed thy feel of warping through pixels! And I also missed everything including in that one word. =D

I'm barely alive. Figuratively. I spent a one-nighter reading an entire novel and I have to make a paper about it which is due in two days time. TWO DAYS. And I'm know to be relatively lazy at typing manuscripts, etc. But I take pride on my finished works (nods). Two days seem so short. Lesson: Never take World Literature as a subject without taking Basic Literature. Same goes for my Asian History class.

Secondly, excuse the term but, fuck Math, especially Trig. Honestly. Just when I thought that my HS Trig was bad enough, my current math lessons are even worse. As my classmates and friends said when we got assaulted with the threat of the nearing exam, "Damay-damayan na to. Ano, kita-kita na lang sa DLRC?" (This is bad. So, I guess we'll all be seeing each other at the DLRC then?") My inner conscience says, 'Patience my dear, just five more months of brain-frying and you'll...go over the same thing next term after the semestral break.'  And it's not helping.

I missed Eng'g week (sorry fellow G-7 and friends!). Mostly for the reason I accidentally slept in the afternoon, had to do some work early because of said lack of internet, and, getting lost in the middle of the campus(aka nowhere) when the last building I saw was NIMBB, like, a few minutes ago. That was last week. Now, I know almost every shortcut there is to walk that is known to every student.

...and gets burned by the horrid rays of sunlight. A very gruesome scene. Then she was sent to the slaughterhouse mall and stare at her parents buying 'stuff'.

Nah, Just trying to see if my morbid style of writing still kept its flair.

But really, my eyes did hurt a little when I went outside for the first time in two weeks. And going to the mall made me happy and sad at the same time.

Happy moment #1: the men's wear section of the department store. Just near the entrance and the perfume booths, there stood(and sat) 9 mannequins in black and white outfits. And it just had to remind me of nine particular middle-school boys that play tennis..XD. Of course being the fangirl, giddiness ran in my veins which made me assign who wears what.

Happy moment #2: watching The Taking of Pelham 123. It made my dad happy. He was regretting about not watching Blood: the Last Vampire, (the current screening already started 30 mins. ago) until the very first word Travolta said was, ah..a colorful word.

Sad moment #1: I saw the del Rey translation of Tsubasa 21, and it disheartens me that it was the only volume in there. IN SUCH A HUUGE BOOKSTORE. But I don't blame them, it's flooded with people all day. My local bookstore has more volumes of the series. AND--NO BEEDLE THE BARD! What is reading HP7 without reading side stories from Ron's point of view? And Dumbledore's notes? I feel like dying...It was out internationally when, last Christmas?

Sad moment #2: missing out on the PCD Concert. We're half-dance freaks, our entire batch is. Hmm..maybe we can infiltrate another concert in the near future..

..Alas, the lurker has to return to her cave.
